Rochelle Pitt is a Butchulla/Kalkadoon/Wirri/Kokoberra musician who began singing in church as a child growing up in Cairns. In 1999 she released her first EP, “Black To Reality” under the name Rochelle Watson, and later embarked on a career as a nurse. She has also been an ambassador for APRA AMCOS, advocating for First Nations artists, and in 2017 released her second EP, “Soul Mumma”.

This performance was recorded at a 4ZZZ fundraiser gig organised by our sister show, Indigi-Briz.
