Queer alt-rockers Platonic Sex are next up on the Live Delay roster. They are the main project of frontperson Bridget Brandolini, who describe their band’s output as ‘rogue Thrash-Folk’, and there are certainly parallels that could be made between Platonic Sex and the emotive force of Camp Cope or The Smith Street Band. Hear them recorded live at the Triffid for Sonic Masala Fest on the 13th of August 2022.
