Founded in 2010, Making have been refining their strain of destructive chaos and complex melodies for the past five years, touring it around Australia and New Zealand and gaining fans with every step. Yes, I’m Leaving
Recorded & Mixed by Branko Cosic.
Recorded at The Underdog Pub Co, Brisbane, 1st November 2014.

Last year Yes, I’m leaving released their fourth album, Slow Release, on Melbourne’s Homeless records and in doing so they join a cast of some of Australia’s finest gritty noisey rock bands. The Sydney three-piece are well known for their pulverising live shows, in fact their latest album was recorded at their rehearsal studio, and that’s usually a good indication of a band that take their live sound very seriously. You can’t mention Yes, I’m Leaving without mentioning the Albini influence that runs through not only their music but their entire approach to being a band.

Airing details: Originally via Zed Digital, 8-9pm, Friday 6th November 2015.
